PAYMENTS _

Payments are accepted through Paypal secure online system. all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Paypal direct payments, are accepted.

SHIPPING _

Worldwide shipping is included in the price of the garments.
All European / UK orders will be shipped via DHL Express, intercontinental orders will be shipped via EMS SDA (please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of intercontinental orders)

PLEASE NOTICE
When placing orders from outside the EU, Italian VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout once the delivery country is selected.
Italian VAT is removed because customers outside the EU will need to cover import taxes. These charges are set by local tax authorities in your country.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

RETURNS _

All Plurimus garments are made to the customer express order, for this reason returns are acceptable only in case of a faulty / defected item.
Please make sure to check description of the garment and size chart before ordering.
For any doubt/question please contact us at info@plurimus.it . We will do our best to assist you with any question.
We will also do our best to exchange size when possible.
In case of a fautly / defected item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags, and in original condition.
